Refund policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your Caffè B order. Please read our policy carefully so you know how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Coffee & Consumables
- Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns once packages have been opened.
- If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment at hello@caffeb.com.
- We’ll evaluate the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund. In these cases, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.
Merchandise & Non-Coffee Items
- Non-food items (e.g., accessories) can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Return Process
- Contact us first at hello@caffeb.com to request a return.
- Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
- Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

- Coffee and consumables (unless defective, damaged, or incorrect)
- Sale items and gift cards
- Opened or used items
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive what you need is to place a new order once your return has been approved.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under EU law, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for most goods purchased online.
This does not apply to perishable goods such as coffee.
For non-food merchandise, the 14-day withdrawal right remains valid.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved.
- If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Please note: banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.
