Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Caffè B order. Please read our policy carefully so you know how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

 

Coffee & Consumables

  • Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns once packages have been opened.
  • If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment at hello@caffeb.com.
  • We’ll evaluate the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund. In these cases, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.

 

Merchandise & Non-Coffee Items

  • Non-food items (e.g., accessories) can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition.
  • To start a return, email us at hello@caffeb.com with your order number.

 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

 

Return Process

  1. Contact us first at hello@caffeb.com to request a return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
  3. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Coffee and consumables (unless defective, damaged, or incorrect)
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Opened or used items

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive what you need is to place a new order once your return has been approved.

 

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under EU law, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for most goods purchased online.
This does not apply to perishable goods such as coffee.
For non-food merchandise, the 14-day withdrawal right remains valid.

 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved.
  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Please note: banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.
