Order Processing

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Italy. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.


Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
  • We ship worldwide. Availability of couriers and final delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
  • We may offer free shipping above a certain order value. Thresholds and conditions for free shipping are displayed at checkout and may change from time to time without prior notice.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Italy: 1–3 business days
  • European Union: 3–7 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–8 business days (customs clearance may apply)
  • Other international destinations: 7–14 business days (subject to customs and local courier delays)
  • These are typical transit times provided by carriers. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays, customs processing, or local disruptions.


Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after dispatch.


Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees set by local authorities. These are not included in our product prices or shipping charges and remain the responsibility of the customer. Delays caused by customs clearance are outside our control.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
  • Certain regions or countries may be excluded from delivery depending on courier availability.

Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at hello@caffeb.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). Please include your order number and any relevant details (e.g., photos for damaged goods). We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

 

Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update your address or cancel an order, please contact us at hello@caffeb.com as soon as possible. While we’ll make every effort, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
